Government Services Centers Evaluation Program (Taqyeem)

The Kingdom of Bahrain constantly pursues Excellence and Innovation by embarking on a journey to ensure that every organization and division stands out. It all began with the directives of the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and the groundbreaking Decision (9) of 2017 (Arabic only), which facilitated the creation of Taqyeem, which means evaluation in Arabic, that became the name of an annual program which launched in 2018 that focused on evaluating Government Service Centres across the Kingdom of Bahrain to maintain high level of excellence in the provision of public services. The mission is to evaluate government service centers and transform them into centers of excellence. The objective is to empower teams to deliver top-notch services quickly, exceeding the public's expectations. Bahrain's government is fueling this transformation with creativity, transparency, and knowledge, all while striving for sustainability. The result is a government that not only excels but also boosts the competitiveness of the national economy.
