Requests for submitting applications for minor funds
- After receiving the death notification from the Information and eGovernment Authority; the Minors’ Affairs Directorate undertakes the procedures of opening the file and conducting inquiries to inventory the deceased’s assets and entitlement.
- During this time, the heirs or their legal representative must visit the Minors’ Affairs and Funds Service Center located in MOJ– Diplomatic Area, building 2, to begin submitting requests as desired
- Please note that during your first visit to the Minors’ Affairs and Funds Service Center, you can also submit a request to “link the minors with their guardian through the eGovernment portal” by filling out the application form and providing a custody certificate (if available). This will enable you to submit all future requests through the National Portal (bahrain.bh), by submitting a Request for Minors’ Funds (Arabic only)
