Members of the Government Service Centers Evaluation Committee

The committee is comprised of a national team of experts from the government, private sector, non-government organizations and academia formed to raise government service standards while ensuring inclusivity and subjectiveness. The team has launched a set of standards and criteria (PDF, 14.2 MB, 69 pages, Arabic only) based on international standards in customer service management and mystery shoppers.
