This law deals with special provisions regarding telecommunications – wired and wireless – and establishes a body called the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) to be the legal representative and enjoy financial and administrative independence, which shall regulate telecommunications services in the Kingdom in accordance with the provisions of the law.
