The app offers services such as payment processing, order tracking, and search functions, along with information services. Notably, it provides a unified payment option, allowing merchants to settle all their government transactions to different entities in one go, including renewing Commercial Registrations (CR), work permits, and bill payments.
Al-Tajir app provides multiple services for various entities, facilitating the needs of merchants and business owners through a single platform. This includes obtaining CRs related to the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, subscribing to social insurance with the Social Insurance Organization, accessing monthly invoices from the Labor Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA), and paying electricity and water bills. Additionally, the application offers data on tenders and auctions, along with enterprise support services through Tamkeen.
Benayat System (Building Permit Portal):
Benayat is an integrated online platform for the issuance of Building Permits in Bahrain. It is a national project that integrates over ten entities to simplify the issuance of Building Permits through one application. Benayat is linked with GIS data to provide an interactive map that displays the building regulations and infrastructure service availability indicator for each property. It is integrated with all related authorities concerned with building permits, reducing the steps required for construction utilities’ connections and transforming the government role from service provider to regulator.
