Customer Satisfaction at Identity Card Centres

The government of the Kingdom of Bahrain is keen to deliver the best customer experience in its Identity Card service centers across the kingdom. The main component for achieving the desired level of customer experience is measuring customer satisfaction, which is done by enabling customers to evaluate the Identity Card Centres services through the Tawasul app, by scanning a special code on the service desks. The evaluation contributes to improving the services provided at the Center.
