If you see rainwater accumulating on roads or in neighborhoods, report it via the Pictures for Improvement feature on the Tawasul app or call:

Rain emergency teams will respond to pump out the water.

Reporting waste or pollution

For waste build-up or environmental hazards, use the Fix2Go feature on Tawasul to report cases electronically, helping ensure quick response and environmental safety.

Chemical or radiological spills

For hazardous chemical or radiological spills, call 999 immediately for help.
